We want you to love your Remember necklace. Before we finish your piece, we will send a preview video showing your hidden photo in place. If you decide to change the photo at this stage, you can – at no additional cost.

How do I view the hidden photo?
The simplest way is to hold the jewellery up to the light and look closely into the lens. Read about other ways to view here.

Is the jewellery waterproof?
It is water resistant, but not waterproof. We recommend removing the jewellery before showering or swimming.

What is your returns policy?
Because our products are custom made, we only accept returns if the product is faulty or incorrect.

Your jewellery will arrive in our elegant black jewellery box with:

• a matt print of your chosen photo
• a beautiful user guide booklet, containing useful information about viewing your hidden photo and caring for the jewellery
• a microfibre polishing cloth, for cleaning the Stanhope lens

All of our jewellery is hand finished in our Cambridge workshop by our maker, Ollie.

We highly recommend the magnetic clasp option – they are easy to put on and take off, and are incredibly strong.

Caution Magnetic clasps can affect pacemakers or other implanted medical devices. Take care around small children – magnetic clasps are harmful if swallowed.
