Why is my photo not cropped correctly when I upload it?The software we use to upload photos doesn't automatically detect whether the photo is portrait or landscape. This is something you need to tell it. 1. Start by clicking on your photo. 2. Next, click on the 'crop' button. 3. If your photo is landscape, click 3:2. If your photo is portrait, click 2:3 . 4. You'll now be able to crop your photo properly.

Why can't I upload my photo? If you have any problems uploading your photo, please contact help@remember.co.uk
-
Can I include a caption in my photo? We recommend that you don't. This is because we find captions - particularly those at the edges of photos - don't work very well. As an alternative, we're working on a product that you can add an engraving to. We hope this will be ready later in 2024.
-
How long does it take to make a Stanhope?About three weeks. This is because all our Stanhopes are made by hand in our workshop in the UK.
-
How do I view the hidden photo?Everything you need to know about viewing your hidden photo can be found here.
-
Can I view my hidden photo without taking off my necklace? It depends on how long your chain is. Most people find that, with a 55cm chain, they're able to view their hidden photo with their naked eye. This isn't possible with shorter chains. Please note that we can't guarantee this will work for you.
-
How long do Stanhopes last for?Stanhopes are delicate objects that need to be handled carefully, but with the right treatment they can last a long time. Many Stanhopes made in the nineteenth century are in good working order today.
