Yes, you can. Before we finish your piece We'll send you a video preview of your photo in the jewellery. If you'd like to change photos at this stage, you can - for free. After we finish your piece We can remove the lens inside your jewellery and replacement it with a new one containing a different photo. We charge £45 for this service.

No - we can work with almost any photo you have. • Digital formats: we accept all standard digital files (JPG, PNG, HEIC etc.). • Physical photos: if you don't have a digital copy, don't worry - you can send us a physical photo and we'll scan it for you. • Resolution: while having a higher resolution helps, we can get great results from lower resolution photos. We can also digitally increase the resolution of a photo.

We treat every photo we receive with the utmost care and never share any customer photos publicly without explicit permission. By default, we keep photos in our system for 6 months. This allows us to quickly replace a lens in the rare occasion that your jewellery is damaged. After this period, your photo is permanently deleted.
