Stainless Steel & Sterling silver items
These are sent by Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service. They’ll arrive the day after they’ve been posted, and you’ll be able to track the delivery.
Gold items
These are sent by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed service. They’ll arrive by 13.00 the day after they’ve been posted. You’ll also be able to track the delivery.
Returns
Because all of Remember’s products are custom-made, returns can only be accepted if:
• you have received the wrong item
• the item is faulty
In these instances, please email Remember at hello@remember.co.uk and we’ll assess the problem within 72 hours. If necessary, we’ll replace or repair your item as soon as possible.
