Pendants and charms
Pendants and charms are covered for 2 years, beginning from the date of purchase.
Chains
Chains are covered for 3 months, beginning from the date of purchase.
Covered by the warranty
The following are covered by Remember Limited's warranty:
• Manufacturing defects (e.g. the Stanhope lens falls out of the jewellery, uneven soldering that causes components to break)
• Problems with the hidden photo that occur despite proper care (i.e. if the hidden photo deteriorates prematurely)
Not covered by the warranty
Please note that the above list isn't exhaustive.
The following are not covered by Remember Limited's warranty:
• Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratching, plating fading over time, tarnishing that can be restored)
• Damage to the jewellery and/or the hidden photo caused by improper care (e.g. by exposure to liquid and/or moisture)
• Accidental damage (e.g. damage caused by dropping the jewellery)
• Loss
• Theft
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs
• Difficulties seeing the hidden photo caused by problems with eyesight or technique
How the warranty works
If the issue isn’t covered by the warranty (or if your warranty has expired), Remember Limited can still help repair your jewellery - albeit for a fee.
Send a photo and a description of the fault to hello@remember.co.uk, along with proof of purchase (the order number at the top of your order confirmation email and the email address used to place the order). You can also contact us at 01223 944 341.
Remember Limited will assess the issue and get back to you within 1 week. If it’s determined that the issue is covered by the warranty, the item will be repaired or re-made, free of charge.
Other terms
Remember Limited reserves the right to modify or update these warranty terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the date of the update.
The warranty applies only to purchases made on or after 13 January 2025.
The warranty applies only to jewellery purchased directly from Remember Limited or authorised retailers. It does not apply to products purchased from third-party sellers.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
