How can I see the hidden photo?
The simplest way is to hold the jewellery to the light and look closely through the lens. There are two other ways - read about them here.
Is the jewellery waterproof?
The jewellery is water-resistant but not waterproof. We recommend removing it before showering or swimming.
What is your returns policy?
Because our products are custom-made, we only accept returns if the product is faulty or incorrect.

Inside the box
Our jewellery arrives in our signature luxury black jewellery box. Each piece comes with:
• A matte print of your chosen photo
• A beautifully printed user guide, explaining how to view the hidden photo and to look after the jewellery
• A microfibre polishing cloth, designed for keeping the Stanhope lens clean and for removing fingerprints from the metal
This piece also comes with a silver polishing cloth, designed to remove tarnish from the jewellery.
How our jewellery is made
All our jewellery is hand-finished in our workshop in Cambridge by our maker, Ollie. Click here to learn more about how he creates the hidden photos and integrates them into the jewellery.
The metal for this piece is cast by Vipa Designs, a small family business based in the UK.
