The ordering process
It takes Ollie four weeks to make a Stanhope photo necklace. Here's what happens in that time.

Place your order
You can do this here on the website. Alternatively, call or email Ollie, and he'll be happy to help.
Step 5 (of 7)
Your Stanhope is cured
Next, Ollie leaves your Stanhope to cure.
This takes another two weeks.
Step 6 (of 7)
Your jewellery is made
You'll receive an update as Ollie is putting the final touches on your jewellery. This will include a tracking number for your order.
You'll receive this update a few days before your order arrives.
Step 7 (of 7)
Your order arrives
Your jewellery arrives in an elegant box, along with a small guide on how to use and look after the Stanhope lens, a polishing cloth and a printed copy of your photo.
It should arrive about 4 weeks after you place your order.
Step 2 (of 7)
Your photo is reviewed
All photos are reviewed by Ollie before he begins making your Stanhope. In the unlikely event of there being an issue with your photo, he will get in touch and advise.
This happens within 48 hours of your order being placed.
Step 5 (of 7)
Your Stanhope is cured
Next, Ollie leaves your Stanhope to cure.
This takes another two weeks.

Your jewellery is made
You'll receive an update as Ollie is putting the final touches on your jewellery. This will include a tracking number for your order.
You'll receive this update a few days before your order arrives.
